Whats the best way to handle SWA going through exterior wall. Its 6mm 3 core SWA and of course more stiff than T&E 6mm.
Its running from underground trench (conduit) up the exterior wall, through hole and swept round to a 2wCU/DP isolator.
Every cable has a radius limit, so how would you handle this cable run?

Thanks

Drill your hole thru the wall at as much of an angle as you can. Seal uop afterwards with mortar or silicone.
Use a cable cleat inside & outside to secure it.

Bend radius for SWA is as follows:

Minimum Bending Radius:
1.5mm² - 16mm²:
6 x overall diameter

25mm² and above:
8 x overall diameter

Or just grab it firmly and yank it into a nice sharp 90 degree bend.

Just kidding, but I've seen it done.

I have seen the supply cable the electric board have done before and it looks like the house is being attacked by an anaconda, some bend!!
