Here's a other picture of a 3 phase DB (The 1st Floor DB of the S Block at college) (The 3 pole MCB is for the Ground Block DB)

This is a MEM DB, which uses Eton MCBs

are the other sockets non-rcd or do they use some form of more local RCD protection?

This is a MEM DB, which uses Eton MCBs

The company is called MEM-Eaton. MEM & BILL was bought out by Eaton, they closed down BILL, and called the company MEM-Eaton. The breakers are made by the same company, and are the same design has they always have been.
