i connected the small switch wire to the right hand thread and nut, will put it on the spade connector, from what you say that should be wright,

If you just short the terminal with the lead from the battery to the spade connection with a screwdriver that should operate the starter.

great it started, it just proves put the wires in the wright place ie spade connector, and help from you guys, it was because the connectors were differant to the original starter that blow my brain,thanks again neil
