Mrs B has had a job interview at a local school.

Having to get references from her school now and they have been going through her Facebook account to see what sort of person she is.

There's a few thing they have picked up on, as hate speech.

This is from an Arsenal Chelsea woman's match that she took my Dulcie too.

Are they nuts? Can you see anything offensive?

It's all done by computer software.
The software has looked at the first picture and the word after HUNGARIAN and singled out part of it as offensive.

As for the second image, I'm not sure.

"Arse" from the football team name?

My work email software would not accept the word "Saturday".....go figure!

They have to be accountable though, so Mrs B should demand an explanation for their response to two innocent posts concerning a football match.

Simply ask them to explain their rationale. it looks like the ML screwed up.

"Cooners" typo

Just realised securespark has already covered it.

Mrs B didn't know Arsenal were called the Gooners. The interview team may not know they are called the Gooners.

The result could be she doesn't get to explain and doesn't get the job.

In one picture there is the queen with a sword. It's come up as an offensive weapon.
