Haven't we known this for a long time About the Biased Broadcasting Company ?

Certainly have and as I don't pay the BBC one penny and never will it's not something that preys on my conscious.

The BBC licence fee is completely unlawful, you have no obligation to pay it and no obligation to the BBC to say why you don't pay it. Anyone they send to your house you can remove by force and ignore, and anything they send in the post can be completely ignored. Never give your details to the BBC, under any circumstances.

I can see why the state needs a national broadcaster, but a lot of it should be privatised. I'm ok with the day to day service, but the politics is very high budget and uninteresting to most people. If you look at the top ££ talent its dominated with news/politics.

And for those normal folk among you (25 million+) who just enjoy unbiassed news reporting - just go on paying your license as normal.(y)

BBC needs to be distanced from the Government as the Politics team has become a revolving door between the BBC and the Tory party.

The irony is nutters like Gas, Hawk etc see the BBC as left wing. :ROFLMAO:

The good thing about the BBC is that they don't do adverts, they should drop news and politics and stick to what they are good at like nature documentaries ,maybe they should replace News and Politics with sport as well.

Does anybody watch the AlJizera news?

I came across it the other day, seemed quite decent, the report was about South Africa and suggested the whites were treated second to the blacks in one of their power stations.

They should do news. You cannot leave factual reporting of news to private organisations. The shameful Telegraph is an example of how advertising money affects editorials when they failed to cover news of HSBC money laundering scandal whilst HSBC remained a large ad client.

People used to listen to bloke on the Clapham omnibus to gauge the mood of the nation but they can't anymore because the bloke on the Clapham omnibus doesn't speak English anymore and is probably an illegal immigrant.
I prefer to get my news from the bloke in Wetherspoons because people in pubs come from all walks of life.

The bbc is as impartial as any national broadcaster can ever be.

When you are so far to the right though, any other view point is left wing, even right of centre is left wing to such.

I like the BBC in particular the radio

John Humphrey in the morning slot I like him.
