Not at all...total dishonesty about the pros and cons of heat pumps are the norm especially from energy companies.
Much of their advertising could be reported to ASA but they too have become a corrupted and ineffective organisation.
As the dishonesty continues so the eventual backlash will build....
Heat pumps have their place but those situations are very limited.
