Heat Resistant cord/flex, how to ID?

How can i tell if the cord or flex at the Immersion Heater is Heat Resistant and what is it rated?

As far as I know
New cables now have
" cenelec cable identification codes " stamped on them
V2 is pvc heat resisting

older cables had " uk(CMA)references "
(HR) was heat resistant

I think the pvc and the butyl are both rated the same at 80 Degrees
 
The flex to my bathroom fan heater even has the words "HEAT RESISTANT 3*1.5mm2", and the CE mark and the manufacture date of 2004 moulded into at regular intervals - that is the best method! :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:
