Heateam still around ?

Hello all,i recommended heateam to my neighbour to repair their powermax and they cant find them on the internet.
Have they changed name ?.
Do they (or their contractor)still do the fixed cost visit ?.

Heateam is just the name of the baxi service and repair division that looks after all warranty and repair work for any company in the baxi group. Just like 'group service' is for the vaillant group. Ring potterton customer service and they will send a heateam engineer for a fixed price repair

They id away with the name Heat team recently. They changed it to a more memorable name, in line with the well known Baxi brand.

So more memorable that I cannot recall it. But is something like Baxi Service

Yep, this...apparently people didn't associate HeatTeam with Baxi, so they've now changed it to a name nobody can remember!
