Hi there, new to this forum,

Can you help, any ideas would be good, I purchased a Gas tiger stove (cast iron fire) back in 07, since we have had it, its been a pain in the backside, its keeps clicking off for no reason, it runs for varying lengths of time and then will just shut off, I have had a gas engineer out to take it out fit a new sensor on it as he said they sometimes get over sensitive, then re fit. I have had heateam out whos only advise was to have the chimmney cleaned and get a fireguard as I have children????!!!!!! not sure that is relevant - although of course i would have one!! the gap round the fire is slightly small than recommended but both my gas guy and heateam have said that this should not be an issue and i have also had the flue checked for blockage, a cowl fitted and tried having the fire on with a window open as i thought it may be ventilation problem - still the same!!

And it still keeps on doing it, its so randomn and there is no pattern to it, can anyone help pls, its really pipping me off, thinking of just getting rid

Hi-can you tell me if you got your problem fixed, and if so, what it was, as I am having the same issues with my tiger gas stove?
Thanks
