can you help me. i just moved into a new property and having problems with central heating
ie
room thermostat doesn't turn off when heating has warmed up it just stays on until you turn it off manually
also i don't seem to be able to have the heating on unless the water is on
i tried changing the room stat but that didn’t work so i changed the programmer and still it is the same. I have read a couple of threads and they say it could be the 3 port valve or the way it is wired in. as I have no idea how long it has been like this I thought I would see if someone could help me just to check the wiring before I go and buy a 3 port valve
