Looking for advice please.
My mate is having a small retail unit on brown field. The planning is nearly all through okay, however planning have asked for a description of the hedgerow along the boundary and public path approx 20metres long. They say it has to be ``non-prickly''?? , low maintenance and must NOT be over 1metre high.
Could anyone tell me the name of what he needs to plant.
Also they want to see at least one decorative tree, any ideas?
He was going to employ a landscape architect but it will cost £££s and cash is tight & he is struggling as it is.
