Help I smashed my cistern lid can i repair it

The blind knocked a bottle off the windowsill in my rented property three weeks before I move out. I have looked on line for repair kits and wondered whether anyone had attempted to use the ceramic kits?
if not does anybody recognise the brand 'traditional english'? i don't seem to be able to find it anywhere and wondered if it was part of a range for a shop.
Where could I get a spare for this.

If you can't get a replacement you might be stuffed there as any repair would always be visible.

Does the lid have any code numbers printed or stamped on the inside
