A few days ago there was a lady on the news, I think I have the facts right. Her daughter was murdered, the scumbag told the police where they could find the body without being cautioned resulting in him not being able to be brought to justice.

The lady has an E. petition on the go which I would like to sign but I can't find it!

Does anyone recall her story and name please.
