Connect the Coms in the old switch, to Com 1 and 2 in the new switch.
Connect one of the "1Way" to L11
Connect the other "1Way" to L21

You need an earth connection to the faceplate.

And the blue (presumably neutral) wires are currently in a spare terminal called "Loop" - these will need to be connected together in a separate terminal block behind your new switch.

Just swap them like for like, it doesn’t matter which way round as long as you consistent L11toL12,L21toL22. The short brown wire com to com likewise, that’s the one powering the other switch

You will need to use a terminal block or similar to provide a loop connection for the Neutrals as the new switch does not have a Loop terminal.

Do NOT use any terminal on the new switch for this Loop as to do so would create a short circuit between Live and Neutral
