HELP!! what alarm system have i got??

new house meaning new alarm system but no instructions!!!
cant change alarm number either. though after i've typed the number in and press NO (in bottom left corner) it cycles through different options but not sure what they are for.

any ideas what this is from the photo's???!!!

forgot to add that this one is in hallway, there is another identical box under the stairs where the alarm box is. No name on any boxes to indicate what make it is.

Gardtec 370/500. Are you sure the box under the stairs is exactly the same? (LED display, same size etc?) If so, it is probably a speech dialer. There should be a bigger box somewhere, probably a blank white plastic one.

When you enter your code and press NO, you can cycle through these options:

rE: Remove/Omit a zone
tE: Test (Walk Test/Bell Test)
lo: View the event log
Ch: Switch the chime function on/off
Uc: Change user codes

Go to Uc, Press Yes, press 1 then Yes, enter your new 4 digit code and press Yes, enter the coe again to confirm and press Yes, then keep pressing 0 to come back to Un. Try the code to see if it works. It's possible that the previous occupant has added more than 1 other user code, so it might be worth calling someone out to delete them and make sure the system is working.
