Hep2O under floor

I'm installing a new CH system in an old house with suspended wooden floors downstairs. Is it ok to lay Hep2O pipes in the underfloor space - ie on the infill or should I clip them to the joists or put them in conduit? I'm trying to minimise the number of floorboards I have to lift.

If you dont clip them properly, they will sag when hot and could split.

My advice is don't install underfloor.
Very time consuming to install expensive and achieves very little really.
Maybe for a new house although I would argue to spend the cost of
the underfloor on more insulation and so do away with most of the heating
requirements. For existing builds doesn't make sense.
