It was tenant find only ie not fully managed. At the time, they passed the various checks. Paid rent no probs for first few months (maybe even closer to a year) ... then the probs started.

It was Labours raid on pensions that got me in to it. I was never a buy to let, just rented the old place as I moved on, and so on.

I only do AIrBnB/holiday lets now, its more fun.
