Hive Stand-alone Wiring

Hi, I would appreciate info regarding wiring in a Hive stand-alone receiver to a Greenstar 36CDI boiler. Am I correct in thinking that this requires 3 core and earth cable. A wiring diagram, if possible, would be a great help.

There is no defined answer. Installation varies according to the layout and set up of your existing system, its components and how they have been wired together, which is dependent on the layout of your home and the person that installed it.

The Hive comes with good installation instructions, but if you want to have a look at them before you buy it, you can find them here.

If you could provide a photos of the existing wiring showing the electrical terminals someone should be able to be more specific.
