Evening all,

After much reviewing of other posts and online videos I had a look at installing a hive on my worcester 30cdi boiler greenstar. It already had a wireless controller through the front panel which has been disconnected.

I wired it as per the 2 photos, it can activate the hot water but will not get the heating going. I feel like at least one connection is wrong? Or a link to the heating on? The hub is asking for heating from the app and thermostat but the boiler will not kick in.

Live to live, neutral to neutral and Lr to 3 on the hive controller.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

To add to this, I tried changing to channel 4 which does bring the heating on, but then the boiler goes to siphon fill mode. Unsure if it's because it needs it from being switched on and off, or some control error.

Which Hive - single or dual channel?
Which exact model of 30CDi - system boiler or combination boiler?
What was disconnected?
