I am new to this forum, so something about me:
Living in UK for the last 13 years. Working as an electronics/acoustics engineer. Designed many audio related products and automatic test equipment systems.
Got two patents in acoustics.
Now about my problem:
Recently I got two second hand Galaxy Flex 20 alarm panels (+MK8 keypads) and was going to install (only one) at home. Prepared all the wiring, locations, ect, (it seems to be much more complicated than my other Honeywell Optima in the garage), but I think I can manage.
Unfortunately both panels are second hand and are already programmed. I got no engineer codes and no way to obtain them.
Do you have any idea how to do hardware reset to default settings? Or know someone who can help on that?
