Brexiteers will hate this, but...

The UK has realised it is now simply a bit player and has rejoined the EU Horizon science scheme...

Linky Linky

"UK scientists were always the big winners in the grant process for past Horizon programmes, jostling for top spot and sometimes outcompeting the other European science superpower - Germany"

Slowly the brexitannic is altering course because there are less people around now who couldn't see the obvious iceberg back in 2016...

The influence of voter renewal already has it's fingertips on the steering wheel ! (y)

Richie rich sunak says it's 'the right deal for the UK, unlocking unparalleled research opportunities'

Erm...

Those are the same opportunities the UK had before brexit

It'll be Erasmus next, and eventually the single market...

I'm surprised that we're not hearing apoplectic rage from brexiteers about this...

Although to be fair a large number of them can only turn in their graves, and that number is of course increasing by the day!

Your excitement over people dying speaks volumes about you. Good to know that the science club let non EU Britain join in. Bit of a cave in for them EU types really.

Silly poster doesnt even read their link.
Paragraph 3 & 4 would be a good start.

1 out of 10 for research.

Yawn.

I'm merely pointing out that the fact that the percentage of people who voted to ruin the UK rose with the age demographic...

The younger generations will put that right!

A 'cave in'?

The last of the brexiteers out there keep banging on about the EU not wanting the UK back under the same terms...

Oops, wrong again!

But then you'll no doubt claim that getting back something the UK already had is a 'bonus'?

The typical reply of someone who has not only lost the plot but is probably in the process of looking for a plot of their own...

The deatherendum clock is still ticking!

Understand what you read before making a silly reply...

The UK is only getting back what it previously had

You don't even make it in to reception class!

Rather ironic that the UK has decided to go it alone on nuclear fusion...

Putting things together rather than splitting things apart

Ellal Don’t forget to
Make sure your health insurance is fully paid up before you leave the UK

Worth checking ;)

Do you not realise that this rejoining as you call it was always going to be the case and was agreed in 2016.

And, like membership of the EU, paragraph 8 tells is why they are happy to have us on board.
