hotpoint ffa97 fridge freezer fridge not working

since moving it to another room our freezer is still working but the fridge is too warm i have put it on the lowest temp of 2 deg but the arrow points up saying it is warming to that temp not cooling has anyone any ideas?????

what is the temperature in the room?

what is the temperature in the fridge? (buy a Fridge Thermometer if you don't know)

Temperature of the room is 19 deg.

I have just put thermometer in fridge to check temperature.

We have another stand alone hotpoint fridge rla34 in the same room and this is working fine

Plugged it back in today after doing a manual defrost all is working well now
