I think some manufacturers burn the certification and add the sensible heat it produces to the boiler figures

If the certificate states efficiency in excess of 96% it's obviously mis-leading.The certificate for the new intergas boiler..... And it is eyes only
It's is the official one from the test house.... I'm saying no more on the matter though.

So in a nutshell it means jack shyte..
Test house figures are about as reliable as a chocolate fire guard...in a world away from the test house we have variable conditions as in CV/air temp/block temp...blah blah...
Different countries obviously test boilers differently but the very does indeed say 122%
You won't have long to wait to see what it's tested at over here
