How can I remove a sand/cement mix stain from a patio?

Is there any chemical that can be used? I am afraid there is quite alot of it so a chemical type trteatment would be useful. I should add the mix was wet & is now set!

What's the patio made of?

I've had great success removing cement from tiles with heavy-duty tile cleaner (funny that)
