How much access is needed to this connection box?

We're having a section of external wall, currently plywood I think, rebuilt with block, cavity and brick.

The phone connector (see pic) will end up in the cavity, so we're thinking we need to build an access box into the inner (block) wall in case any work is ever needed on this connector.
How much access (ie; how big does the box need to be) could be required in the future? (open heart or keyhole surgery?!)

I'd be a bit reluctant to leave that connector inside the cavity, even with an access panel. If something goes wrong with the phone line in a few years, you really don't want to be opening up a wall just to check a connection. I'd look into getting the box relocated to an accessible position before the brickwork goes up. If that's not possible, I'd make the access opening large enough to comfortably get both hands and a screwdriver inside, rather than just enough to see the connector. Something around 200 x 200mm might be a reasonable starting point, depending on the space available. Also worth checking with Openreach before moving anything, as it could be part of their network. Much easier to sort it now than regret it once the wall is finished

I think the cable runs to that connector
through the wall from outside, but yes, I should have a better look to see if it's running down the outside wall from an overhead cable. It then runs along (clipped) to the inside wall - I think it feeds the NTE socket, but again, I need to spend a bit more time tracking it.
