Going further,the footage will be seen as having been tampered with and could easily be rejected as inadmissible evidence by a court should the defence complain.
Because of GDPR, if I release any footage as part of a subjust access request, I am not permitted to show the faces of others.
The footage will not be considered as tampered because that is way the footage needs to be delivered. Much like how you see news reports with people's heads blurred out where they are not the subject being discussed.
