Mate of mine had a (well I thought it was funny) disaster with a tube of sealant and funnily enough a spell in the washing machine was unsuccessful. There combats so guess they're cotton. Any suggestions?

when i worked for HP you could always tell those who used silicone, it was all over the trousers in small blobs / patches.
but you may want to try silicone eater (wasnt about in my day)
