Thats just delay off, you would need to restart it again after each off.
You need something that recycles and you set both on and then off time, there usually din mountable.
Similar to a belisha beacon but adjustable, if you dont have it flashing too fast i quess it would be safe

Hope you live miles from anyone else or you'll be really popular with your neighbours :) .
Argos used to do a cheap MP3 player you could set to play on power-on, add that to a Canford Audio rock loudspeaker, a cheap amp and that off delay module & you're laughing

You will likely need to connect a switch across the input and output, so when you get a proper incident you want to record, then you can put the light on permanent.

We have called the Police many times, and all we are told is that it is not a important but we will get a car sent round asap. Normally about 2 hours later, by then the bloke has had his happy ending and buggered off home.
