How to Partition a Garage?

My wife and I have a garage gym and we've managed to relegate all our general storage to a 1.5m x 1.5m section (2.2m high). Now I want to partition that off so it doesn't interfere with training - in effect making a big, solid open-toppped cupboard with a big hinged door on the front.

Floor is poured concrete. The area is in a corner so it already has one brick and one block wall.

Can anyone advise on the best materials and construction for the two new sides? I have literally no clue. Is it worth making stud walls with a skin?

My initial thoughts were to secure two 1.5m 2x4s to the uneven floor along the new wall lines, and also vertically where the new walls will meet the bricks/blocks. Then I'd put big plywood boards on edge to make the new walls. I'll leave a gap for a door and hinge a panel there.

I'm almost certainly missing some better way - any advice would be appreciated.
