I would enforce martial law. Everyone would need to stay home , unless going food shopping to a supermarket. No, you wouldn't be able to go out for a run or to B&Q! Anyone out and about would get a beating with a cattle prod similar to the stick method in India.
I would shut down our airports too - no passenger traffic in or out.
I would then lock down counties - no traffic or people going in or out.
All restaurants would be completely shut as well - what's this takeaway bs ... how do you know your chef isn't infected?
Police would also be forced to wear gloves and masks - they aren't immune while they chase people off parks!
