With the recent BJ as PM, and PP and SB as HS, I think it's taken steps to the far right. It might be more to Farage's liking now.

Who had enough clout to make the conservatives commit to a referendum on EU membership in order to win the election. This subsequently resulted in us leaving the EU. Farrage failed as a member of the tories back in the day, and got very lucky with ukip and brexhit. He crave recognition and status, and the tory party is still the best route for him getting into the HoC or probably now the HoL.
