Think yourself lucky to have had it so good for so long. We're still coming out of the last ice age. Get used to it. It's going to get a lot warmer yet. I suggest you start to devolve back into a creature of temperate climate from whence you came.

Polar Bears are only found in the Artic. In fact Antartica comes from the Greek words anti-arktos which literally mean Anti Bear.
