I need some wall ties that work

Hi, I have a house built around 1910, I have had 2 separate companies do the wall ties but the wall is still moving.

Last time the cavity gap was enlarged already and the builder said the ties weren't really long enough.

Now the gap will be slightly bigger, are there some special ties I can get for this?

The mortar on the inner wall is black, I think possibly) the sort that corrodes the original ones so maybe they need removing?

This is specialist work, not for run of the mill builders. Also requires use of specialist ties that are considered relative to the masonry material, not just any old bag from Screwfix.
