I think its time to let this young lady ser her sentence back in the UK

She hasn't been charged with anything has she? That was all to do with her being stripped of her citizenship.

So she's not a citizen, but she has not been charged or convicted of a crime. But Johnny thinks she should be locked up in solitary confinement for unspecified crimes.
As you say, she is not a British citizen and hasn't committed any Crimes in the UK for which she is being asked to answer - so no charges to answer.

She has however, had extensive access to legal resources to fight her loss of UK citizenship.

When she left the UK, she did so on her own accord to join a terrorist group, she is married to a Dutch ISIS terrorist who is serving time in a Dutch Prison. She had no remorse of her actions and only fled to Syria to save herself, she wasn't fleeing ISIS. Why should she be allowed back?

Done what?
Do we need to answer this???

No, I don't want her anywhere near the UK.
But as the leftists want her back, if (NOTE THE IF) she's allowed back in, she would pose a great risk to national security and thus, I would like to see her imprisoned and in solitary confinement.
The leftists word twisting has already started.
And their "hug a terrorist/rapist/murderer" campaign, continues without any shame.

She has, and while I think it is a miscarriage of justice as she is now legally stateless it has been fully explored.

But I'm not sure if she committed any crimes for which she would have been incarcerated, let alone ones deserving life in solitary as some of the more rabid forum members desire.

Her best option is a small boat.
That would be a fun case.

Since she would have to be in the UK to apply and she wouldn't be allowed to travel here without papers then you're right, small boats would be the best option.

Incidentally that's an absurd set of rules. Impossible to get here legally and impossible to use it without coming here. Kafka would be envious.
