ICS over wireless

Yesterday, the plot thickened.

Not really - it was always as clear as mud, hence my suggestion of posting requirements.

She now thinks her modem DOES have wireless - "because Talk-Talk said so"... the other computer ... loses its internet connection at random intervals ... The modem was set up by somebody from Talk-Talk.

This clearly calls for further investigation.

It really doesn't. What it needs is:

1. A decent wireless router.
2. A decent broadband service provider - TalkTalk is about the worst one.

If it looks like this its not wireless:

The older wireless routers they supplied are about the size of a dinner plate. They also have a wireless light on the front which is also a giveaway
