This old floorstanding open flued beast is still going strong in my parents house 35 years after it was installed needing just a new thermocouple every few years.
It is supplying a primatic cylinder (so no inhibitor in system)and the radiators are as old as the boiler.
I can't remember it ever breaking down.
Does anyone know if any parts are still available for it and if they finally give in to progress and replace it whether it would qualify under the scrappage scheme as I can't find this model on any of the 'lists' I've seen so far.
