Planning on having the extractor fan externally switched - would you still need to use an isolator switch in addition?

Tks for any help you can give,

Stuart

Why don't you simply install the isolator in a position, which also serves the functional switching requirements?

I was just hoping to keep switches visible on the landing by the bathroom to a minimum without of course compromising safety.

Many tks

You will need a triple pole fan isolator installed for maintenance reason although most people don't seem bothered.
