IMI like Elson Hot Water Storage Unit... HELP

ITs for draining the tank!
You may be able to just tighten the square bit!
If not drain the tank and replace the washer or complete DOC only cost about a quid!

This is the drain off, it could be that there's a 10p washer inside that's letting water by, or it's not sealed on the thread.

seriously not a wind up..... i dont know a thing about plumbing, and you's have walked me through this step by step ....

i will get a replacement washer/part tomorrow and see if it thats gonna sort it

p.s im a girl and i know that SOME big baldy plumbers like to rip off girls who dont know anything .... but THAT is a major rip off!

i drained it completely before i started looking, coz there was so much water coming through the ceiling


didnt fill it up again till i had it apart
