yep, with your camera pulling up on the inside lane of a massive Jag (especially when you know he has no idea of who is around him) to get a piccy
The day hasn't arrived when I'm not amazed at the crass assumptions that people are willing to make. For the record, at the point of taking the photograph, he was overtaking me at the point where I was pulling off the motorway. And his little Jaguar is smaller than the vehicle I was in.

I can just picture you in the waiting room queue
That would be an odd thing to do when you can just Email the evidence.

Now go away.
I'm already gone 8)
And not a moment too soon.

Softus: You may find that your digital photograph wouldn't be admissible as evidence in court due to the ease by which they may be altered ... Assuming it was a digital camera of course and you didn't scan in a photo.

I take your point, but it didn't need to be altered - it clearly shows the driver and the magazine. It doesn't even matter if he denies it - it turns out that another driver was phoning the police before I took the photo, so there's an independent witness.

Not that I would care, since I'm not the police or the CPS. I did my bit and that's the end of it. Judging by the adverse reaction on this topic, I'm in a minority of people who think his driving behaviour was poor. So be it. I'm not here to persuade anyone - believe what you want to believe and act how you want to act.

Softus, did your wife invent the faked orgasm?

Why can't you just mind your own business? :?

No, but I gave your wife her first real one.

FYI, I was minding my own business before a Jag wandered into my lane yesterday, causing me to take evasive action. The driver was oblivious to horn sounding from me and other cars, and the rest has already been covered.

Am right with Softus on this issue........I walk with a limp thanks to a drunk uninsured to$$er who hit me on my bike  And I live in a corner of the country populated by myopic OAP`s and various eejits who should be taken off the road.........keep vigilant, Softus

what positive action? :?

indeed...

given the fact that he used a flash on his mx-1500 whist aiming it at a driver (and undertaking perhaps?), then I'd say it was a dangerous act rather than a road safety measure...

Blimey....you've just solved another 'crime'...did you get a mugshot?

are you a police informer softus?

So what if he is? There are too many people allowed to get away with murder (literally) because of people's fear of bringing forward vital evidence/information to the police.

,,look muppet how could softus be sure of what he was doing without dangering other drivers by peering at the guy for five miles and not consentrating himself, as for the photo reminds me of looking for a black guy in brixton
