Has introduced the death penalty for sexual assault on a child under 12 .

Recent events has caused protests , the gang rape and murder of an 8 year old girl and a report of the sexual assault rape of an 8 month old baby on the radio tonight ?

A child is sexually abused in India every 15 miniutes , according to the stats released by the Indian Government.

(15 minute statistic was reported on Radio 4 news & are for 2017 way r bee , if u disagree with it take it up with the BBC they have a complaints procedure )
