Don't understand the question - are you asking about certificates?
If so, surely you do an Periodic Inspection Report for the PIR (you are not installing anything at that point, are you?) and and EIC for the DB.

I do a PIR in the majority of cases before I change a DB/CU anyways, not during or after. Then do the work, as requested based on the results of the PIR and issue the EIC.
