Here's an intake arrangement that may be very handy, the main circuits are fed off the top clifton-mantel unit, on two 80amp RCD's, the ring finals in the left one, and everything else on the right hand one.

The 2 way unit in the middle feeds two B16 radials to the Freezer and Refregirator respectively (non-rcd).

The main switch for the whole building is the large four pole unit at the bottom - a 125amp Wylex industrial switch. It is a TNCS/PME system.

When Economy seven gets fitted in the future, the night time supply will pass through the two spare poles of the main switch to the night time CU to be mounted up above the normal CU enclosure - with a single device to isolate the whole system in one operation!

I'm having an argument at the mo with the organisation representing the nation's DNO's.

They say only their equipment can be fitted in a meter box....
