Integrated downlight?

Can anyone confirm if this is an integrated downlight please? They are in a new home but are blindingly bright and would ideally be replaced - I can't see any way to easily do so. Many thanks

Try unscrewing - or turning - the bezel.

Often you need the removal tool to grip lamp

£2.99 or 32p but all do same job, it allows you to grip bulb to turn it.
