If I log into Google I get the grey no entry sign, if I log out, I just get a 'missing image' placeholder
Tried again ... I'm afraid so I'm no geek!

I find it better than the others BAS. IE was OK, Firefox was appalling. Haven't bothered trying Edge yet as Chrome does everything I want.
Ah - sorry - I hadn't realised that what you wanted was to have no granular control over cookies whatsoever.
I don't much care BAS, although I keep being asked if I want to allow cookies.
Google don't want you to care.
