Hi Guys

I have installed the intergas boiler but for some reason it keeps coming on so I will hear the boiler start for about 3 seconds and then stop, it does flash some codes which I dont have with me right now. It works fine otherwise, just this intermittent starting and stopping of the boiler when there is no need for hot water is worrying me or is this something usual.

I have no heating on anywhere I have checked that to begin with.
Any advise please.

If you could supply the codes that would be most useful but my guess is that you have the hot water "comfort" function turned on and that's periodically heating the boiler up

I will get the codes to you as soon as i get home, Is there a way to turn it off as I hardly use hot water.

It was an intergas certified installer, that was the only way I could get a 10 year warranty I was told.

To be fair you may well be right. I only see the replacement boards and they come without the green plugs as you use the ones already in the boiler. I just thought the test link might be in in case there wasn't a room stat handy.

Having said that I've never had to replace a failed Eco board I've only fitted them as upgrades when people want the RF module
