Nonsense. You cannot base any such assumption on my statement. In order to retain a prejudice, one must have that prejudice first. White people are taught that prejudice from a young age, by their parents and their peers. BAME people are hardly likely to form that prejudice initially, otherwise, if as migrants they would hardly have migrated to a country to expose themselves to racism.
If as UK born BAME people, they may well have been warned by their parents to expect such racism and inequality. But as they grow up, and start to suffer that racism, they are likely to form their own opinions of the hostility against them, which might full well reinforce their parents warnings.
But there is a world of difference between wariness of hostility, and racism. One is an action against others based on their ethnicity. The other is a reaction against someone's attitude.
