Is this a Torx Screw or something else

Can anyone kindly tell me if the screw in the pic below is a torx screw head?

Not torx looks like a "one way" screw drives in but not out. Closest I can suggest is a sentinal screw.

It looks to be surface mounted- meaning a torx driver won't work.

Looks more like an ornate nail to me.

Not the best of photos though.

I'd say that's a custom made tamper proof for someone because it doesn't look completely symmetrical.
