It has an RCD, but it's a type which is obsolete and hasn't been made for 30+ years.
Regardless of that, no solar could be connected to it, as the RCD covers multiple circuits.
If a solar installation requires an RCD, that RCD must be for the solar only, nothing else.
That consumer unit might have a spare way on the non-RCD side (would be #4 on the red label), but the circuit breakers for that are also obsolete.

You can get replacement breakers for most Wylex boards, circuitbreakerspecialists.co.uk sell reclaimed and tested ones.
Or you could simply add an extra CU (garage unit) on the meter tails with a Henley block.
