Is this meant to be like this? Windows and doors.

Anglian acquired safestyle in 2023 if you didn't know.

That story above is why you should never go with the nationals - the big 3 or now 2 or is it 1, Anglian/safestyle and Everest, even Everest isn't the Everest everyone knew from the 80s with Ted Moult and his wrecking ball or feather, went bust and came back as Everest 2020 but even they went bust in 2024 and now acquired again by none other than Anglian

Update to say that things are still outstanding. 3 failed attempts given to them to identify and rectify issues. They quite childishly decided to renege on fixing what’s outstanding, claiming they are happy, post inspections, with the install. Note I got out into my back garden for the first time in a while after they decided that was their official stance, and I discovered more issues.
I’m just a tenant for a well known housing association and Anglian are their contractors, yet for some reason I’ve had to do all the chasing in this for more than 8 months and counting.
Photos included of the outside of my living room window which is what I noticed after they said they’d gone above and beyond to appease me and could do no more.
I’ve opened a case with the Housing Ombudsman and contacted fensa, but can you imagine the state of the parts I can’t see? The parts they didn’t forget to hide. Or of the ones on thousands of other properties they’ve installed over the last 10 years with their £21mil contract.
The people I’ve encountered in this company are pure trash and they don’t even deserve a **** drink in an apocalypse.

Don’t use this cowboy outfit, you’d have a better outcome building your own using Lego and play dough.
