Is this straightforward to fix ?

Damage to the driver's side door from a brick wall (not me driving lol) deep scuff marks, and just missed the indicator by a few millimeters, it pops back inside nicely.

I know nothing about cosmetic work, so would this be too difficult to fix? And what tools would I need and where is best to get them? Worth popping into Halfords ?

You probably need a SMART repairer to see if it can be done. Halfords told me they no longer do them

Halfords bloke told me they no longer do smart repairs on site, I think they used subbies but stopped.
